Return & Exchange Policy – Audaciously Divine Jewelry

At Audaciously Divine Jewelry, we want every customer to feel confident and delighted with their purchase. Each piece is selected with care and crafted to reflect the bold beauty and divine confidence within you.

Because our jewelry is fulfilled through trusted third-party partners (drop-shipped directly from our suppliers), please review our return and exchange policy carefully before completing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including jewelry boxes, tags, or pouches).

  • The product has no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Due to the intimate nature of jewelry, used or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at AudaiouslyDivine@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. To start a return, contact our team at AudaiouslyDivine@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  4. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it following the process above and place a new order.
